Allow charges for standalone purchase orders created via EQM
Enable usage of miscellaneous charges on an EQM Purchase Quotation by using 'Quotation. Add Miscellaneous Costs' (QUS118). This influences the purchase price in 'Planned Purchase Order. Open' (PPS170) when parameter 'Update PO Price' is active in 'Settings - Quotations' (CRS732).
- Only 'Fixed Price' cost elements 10 and 12 can be set in (QUS118). This is checked against the operator set in (PPS280/E).
- Not all objects in (PPS280) are supported to be able to retrieve the cost price from (PPS282) due to non available matching objects on a quote.
