MFS now supports creation of work order and work request for a multi operations product using a multi operations service
Infor Mobility for Field Service (MFS) now supports creation of work order and work request for multi operations product using multi operations service.
In M3 BE, the user must create a service record for (PDS001)/(PDS002) from (MOS300). Service records created from (ECS300) are not supported. Multiple operations product can only use blank product service and multiple operations service that is connected to the selected product.
