Trade agreements - generating across all recipients

Shared aggregation of generating value between recipients on a single trade agreement is now available.

You cannot change existing trade agreements with transactions to utilize this functionality.
You cannot exclude recipients from using the shared aggregation if they are connected to the trade agreement.
Generating value across recipients is not available for fixed-amount trade agreements.
