New leasing calculation method including estimated cashflow and Internal Rate of Return
A new leasing calculation method based on the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and cash flow components is now available.
You cannot use fields 'Original index value' and 'Current index value' in 'Rental Agreement. Connect Additional Charge' (STS103) in combination with the new leasing calculation method. You cannot use fields 'Index share- %' and 'No recalc curve' in 'Rental Line. Convert to Leasing' (STS106) in combination with the new leasing calculation method.
