Enhanced leasing price index update
A new index price calculation is introduced, and you can now set an index share percentage.
Amortization and interest is not available for index updates. When using index share percentage, the distribution of index share amount is done based on price index ID per agreement line. If several leasing charges are connected to a leasing line, but not all are to get a share of the index update, they must be set with different price index IDs.
