Added unit prices for 'Subcon' and 'Misc' in (MOS101)
Unit price for subcontract operations and miscellaneous costs is now implemented in 'Work Order. Open Line' (MOS101). Change of service price method in 'Maintenance Customer Orders. Open Line' (COS101) triggers a recalculation of price and revenue on the related work order header.
Only implemented for service price method 1-'Time and material' and service price method 7-'Dynamic'. Also, related development in KB 2240050 must be activated for this to work.
