Local macro orders and requested delivery date
MOHRDD (Delivery date requested by the customer) is added as a new field on order header. To set this field, 'Set delivery date requested by the customer' is added as a new Automatic Function. The existing function to create local macro orders is modified to take the earliest value of MOHRDD from the micro orders then insert in macro order. Before you create the local macro orders, you must first complete the new Automatic Function.
