Add auto activation option of feature toggles to current (CMS973) capabilities
Value 3 - 'Feature active' has been added to 'Feature select' in 'Feature Selection Table. Open' (CMS973). By configuring the selection table, new features with feature type set to 3-'Feature toggle' or 4-'Feature toggle, process change' can now be activated automatically when they are added to 'Feature List. Open' (CMS975).
Only features with feature type 3 - 'Feature toggle' or 4 - 'Feature toggle, process change' will be affected by the new functionality.
