Preliminary charge flag in (OIS150) with multiple freight charges
In some cases when multiple freight charges are used for a delivery, all of them must be approved before the delivery in 'CO Delivery. Open' (OIS150) can go to status 60, given that all other validations are fulfilled. In other scenarios, you can trigger an invoicing when the freight costing functionality has been transferred the amounts.
