Introducing index field for MAI agreements
Price index (IXCD) is added on the MCO agreement header on 'Maint Agrmnt. Open' (COS410/H). The index is used to update the amounts for periodic invoices when prices need to be adjusted, either for individual agreements or for a range of agreements.
