OSS418PF - Configurable XML output for the printing of sales stats and budget print

Printer file OSS418PF has been enabled for configurable XML output in 'Sales Stats/Budget. Print' (OSS417).

1. In configurable output, the length of the field cannot be overridden.
2. As of the moment, the deviating number of decimal places cannot be overridden in configurable output.
3. In configurable output, the 'Edit code' cannot be overridden. Numeric and date fields are formatted in the output solution instead.
