MFS now supports mandatory time approval and revised time reporting process
Technicians can now view filed time reports (if for approval or not) against a work order operation. Technicians can also update or delete synced time transactions, including rejected time reports through M3 API calls. The necessary approvals are handled by the back office. Split time reports and total report time are also available in MFS app for processing.
