Added connected system user as new M3 user license type
A new M3 user license type has been created to manage internal M3 system connected users, for example Factory track. User license type 6 = 'Connected system user' can run unlimited APIs but not interactive programs where API security setup still applies. The applications the user is connected to are defined in a new setting 'Connected systems' in 'User. Open' (MNS150).
