User-defined fields on maintenance customer order
Twenty new fields have been added to the maintenance order header and lines to be used as user-defined fields. The fields are managed on the new U panel in 'Maintenance Customer Orders. Open' (COS100) or through the maintenance customer order interface API COS100MI (Maintenance customer order). The fields are generated and configured in 'User-Defined Fields. Open' (CMS082).
The user-defined fields are not supported in any statistics or in any of the supporting maintenance customer order functions such as filter fields and selection fields, in the mass update functions.
