MHS870 - WHI messages with negative picked quantity are logged in CSYDMP
Executing WHI messages with a negative 'Picked quantity' (DLQT) are now logged in CSYDMP. This involves messages with qualifier 11-'MO Issue', 31-'CO Issue', 41-'RO Issue', 51-'DO Issue', 61-'WO Issue', 92-'Relocation Order Issue', and PLRN-'Issue by reporting number' and are executed either through MHS850MI transactions or 'Order Init Stock Msg. Manage' (MHS850).
