Fully delivered check to allow invoicing does not consider if deliveries are ready for invoicing
A customer order with summary invoice code 4, 5, and 6 can no longer be invoiced until all deliveries for the customer order are in status 60-'Ready to invoice' in 'CO Delivery. Open' (OIS150).
