M3CE-ST Container Patch 11.0.0.37

This upgrade includes these enhancements and fixes for M3 SWB:

• Derived operation information for 'Production quantity per hour' is added.
• An option to 'Copy start from external requirements through links' is added.
• APS_USERNAME is used in IF construct in macro scripts.
• Item and order information are used as custom fields in reports.
• Derived order information for 'Earliest external requirement demand date' is added.
• Local macro orders and requested delivery date are modified.
