Added derived order and operation information to API export
'Include derived order and operation information' has been added as a new parameter when exporting orders. This parameter affects the performance to include derived information in export. This is activated if the information is required in export. If the parameter is activated, then you can use the fields from TOHEAD and TOHCAL on the statement [ADDINBOXORDER]. You can also use the fields from TOPRPL, TOHEAD, TOPCAL, and TOHCAL on the statement [ADDINBOXOP].
