New parameter added 'Include released MO in supplies'
'Include released MO in supplies' has been added as a new parameter. If this parameter is not selected, the released MO is not included in the supply cell and not affected by any changes or decisions in the supply cell. 'Released MO' has also been added as a new bucket column output option.
