Scheduling Board grid lines methods
'Draw only whole time units' is now added as a new parameter in Scheduling Board.
If the check box is selected, only second, minute, hour, day, week, month, and year are drawn.
If the check box is not selected, the grid lines are dynamic. For example, twelve hours or one day depending on the horizon displayed in Scheduling Board.
