Added extension points in STS801 and SOS908
Extension points have been added in function programs STS801 (Create STR invoice proposal) and SOS908 (Crt/Cpy Charges, documents and address on order) for tax jurisdiction information against a rental invoice proposal line, when tax method in M3 is 3, 4, or 5.
