'UTC mode' field in (MOS100), (MOS102), and (MOS104) transactions
The new field 'UTC mode' (UTCM) is added to API MOS100MI (Work order), MOS102MI (Event log), and MOS104MI (Work order operation element) transactions.
For MOS100MI, transaction GetOp, only start date, start time, finish date, finish time, entry date, and entry time are converted.
