Configuring tables in Smart Reconciliation

You can configure most of the tables in the Smart Reconciliation application, including the unmatched invoices table on the Work List page, and the invoice and receiver tables on the Detail Match and Invoice Match pages. Configuring the tables enables you to select the columns that display in the tables and adjust the order of the columns.

Complete these steps to configure tables:

  1. Click the Configure icon on the table to access the appropriate Configure View window.
  2. To include a column in the table, select the check box next to the column name.

    If the column is not selected, then it will not be displayed in the table. Note that some columns are required – you will not be able to check and uncheck required columns.

  3. You can change the order of the columns using the up and down arrows next to the column names. For example, to have the P.O. # column display as the first column in the table, click the up arrow until it is the first item on the list. Follow the P.O. # name up the list.
