Using credentials task

View credential

  1. Access Competencies (PA21), Certification (PA22), Qualifications (PS08), and Education (PA20).
  2. View the credentials. Specify this information:
    Profile This task lists the manager's direct reports and links to the applicable competencies or professional profile. This Profile task gives the manager the ability to update employee data.
    Expired Competency Report

    This task lists all direct reports with expired required competency. To set up competencies, access Qualifications (PA08.1) and specify Yes in the Essential field.

    The Expired Competency Report task also shows overdue performance reviews and overdue physical exams.
    Compliance Report This task lists the total number of employees with expired data. This task also calculates the percentage of employees required to have a given competency.
