Difference between Applicant Self-Service and e-Recruiting

Lawson provides two products to enable applicants to submit applications and resume data: Applicant Self-Service and e-Recruiting.

Applicant Self-Service differs from the e-Recruiting product. Like Applicant Self-Service, e-Recruiting allows external applicants to apply for openings through your network. Applicants can access e-Recruiting anywhere through the internet, while Applicant Self-Service is available only to applicants who have access to your network.

Because of the network access requirement, Lawson clients commonly use Applicant Self-Service with a kiosk computer in their reception or Human Resources area for walk-in applicants, or at job fairs through remote network access.
