In addition to the bookmarks delivered by Lawson, most organizations also find it helpful to add new bookmarks to meet their unique needs. You can add a new bookmark and integrate it with the Employee Self-Service menu delivered by Lawson for a seamless appearance to end users. You might want a new bookmark that provides a link to an external or internal website.

For example, you might want employees to have a link to the home page of your 401(k) plan administrator so that employees can perform different tasks such as access the site to update investment elections or research investment options. To do this, you can add a new bookmark with whatever name you want and direct it to the URL for the plan administrator's web site. Then you can assign that bookmark to web users so that when they log in to Employee Self-Service, the new bookmark is included along with the ones delivered by Lawson.
