Feature	Support LSF Anti-CSRF Remediation in PCards
Description	This enablement feature will further secure user authentication upon access to Procurement Card (PCards) by utilizing LSF security SSO.CSRF token to prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attack.
Impact	Added security feature with no impact to existing working functionality
