Update Buying Organization settings in RQ95.1
- Access the RQC Configuration Maintenance (RQ95.1).
- Select Add to import the configurations from the configuration file to Lawson table.
- Click Inquire to display all records in the Lawson table.
- Select Punchout.

Note: Any changes in the Buying Organization needs to be applied in all buying organization attached to each punchout vendor (system limitation).
- Buying Org Name

Specify the Buying Organization Name.
- Deploy

Select the mode for the document.
This setting can be specified at the buyingOrg or vendor level. The default value is test.
- Email Domain

Specify the domain email address (the part following the '@' sign).
This becomes part of the "payload" identification of Punchout-related transactions.
- Buy From Type

Select the type of identifying number you are using:
1 – DUNS
2 – NetworkId
3 – MutuallyDefined

Specify the actual DUNS number or other identifying value.
- Buy Sender Type

Select the type of identifying number you are using:
1 – DUNS
2 – NetworkId
3 – MutuallyDefined
Note: This information is usually the same as the Buy From Type information, but can be different. - Sender

Specify the actual DUNS number or other identifying value.
- Shared Secret

Specify the actual password that is agreed upon by you and the vendor.
- Buy Doc Type

Supply a value that will override the default cXML.dtd that is referenced from xml.cxml.org.
A blank value (value="") will bypass the dtd validation. Otherwise, you can reference a local copy of the cXML.dtd.

Specify the remote Punchout server.

- Save Cart

- Get Cart

- Select the Change form action to update RQC configuration in Lawson table.
