Lawson EDI lets you create jobs that will remove old files
from EDI directories.
Clean up EDI directories
Access CLEANUP EDI Directories (ED320).
Specify a job name.
Specify the number of days that you want to keep files for.
Add the job.
Click Submit.
CLEANUP EDI Directories (ED320) will search the directories listed below for files older than the
number of days specified, remove these files and write them to LAWDIR/applicationproductline/edi/purged. If
you want a permanent copy of these files, you can now compress them
and back up on media. After you have saved any data you want, you can
delete the files from LAWDIR/applicationproductline/edi/purged.
These directories are "cleaned":
Do not remove any
files from these subdirectories. Your EDI system cannot function
without them.
