General Ledger reports
This section shows the Financials reports that are available in the dashboard for General Ledger.
To access general ledger reports, select .
| Dashboard name | Description |

| Balance Sheet | Summarizes a company’s assets. This data is presented in tabular
form. You can select the Chart Level 01 dynamically before accessing the Report. See "Selecting Chart Level 01." |
| Budget List | Shows a list of all planned expenses and revenues. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Budget vs Actual Inquiry Report | Compares budget amount and actual amount and displays variance based on period. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Quick Trail Balance Summary | Compiles balances of all ledgers into debit and credit columns in a worksheet. |
| Income Statement | Shows statement for net profit that includes details of expenses and revenue. |
| Transaction Currency | Shows totals for each account that has multiple transaction currencies, other than base currency for a fiscal year. |
| Annual Budget Amount | Shows a list of all planned expenses and revenues. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Journal Entry | Shows a list of credit and debit amounts for individual accounts. |
| Balance Sheet Detail | Summarizes a Company's assets in Detail. This data is Presented
in tabular form. You can select the Chart Level 01 dynamically before accessing the Report. See "Selecting Chart Level 01." |
| Account Summary | Shows predefined report summarizing the financial activity in an account. It shows period amount and year to date amount based on fiscal period for an account. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Accounting Unit Summary | Summarize the activity of lower level accounting units for consolidation and reporting. It shows period amount and year to date amount based on fiscal period for an accounting unit. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Fiscal Year Summary | Shows financial report on a fiscal year basis that presents an annual summary of finances like begin balance, period amount, year to date amount for an account, sub account, and accounting unit. |

Financial report that displays the List of Transactions sorted based on Account and GL Company. This data is presented in tabular form. |
