Shows detail report of project activity by organization details life to date amounts. Includes account category, accounting unit, act actual amount cost, act encumbrance amount, act commitment amount, and act PO commitment amount This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Account Category by Organization | Shows detail report of account category by organization details
life to date amounts. Includes GL company long name, resource name, act actual amount cost, act encumbrance amount, act commitment amount and act PO commitment amount filtered by account category name and activity long name. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Group Project Amount with Encumbrances | Displays budget amount, budget units, encumbrance units and
encumbrance amount which are filtered by activity long name and account category
name. Category details can be accessed through drill action available in the dashboard. The data is presented in tabular form |
| Project Activities by Actual Revenue | Displays the actual amount cost and budget amount including
variance based on activity long name which can be filtered using category type. This data is presented in tabular form. |
| Project Actuals | Displays detail report of top activities by actual amount. Includes actual amount, budget amount, commitment amount, variance and remaining which can be filtered using activity long name. This data is presented in bar chart and tabular form. |
