Run the User Provisioning tool

Use the steps below to run the User Provisioning tool for Ming.le 11 users.

  1. On the desktop, double-click the icon User Provisioning for Infor Ming.le 11.
    Note: First time users, right-click the icon and click on Properties > Compatibility. Check the Run as an administrator box and click OK.
  2. Click Sign In and enter your Birst credentials.
  3. Click Select Space and choose the space.
    Note: Spaces with Consumer in the space title are displayed. To display all spaces, click on Show All spaces check box.
  4. To export the list of users and the groups assigned, select the usernames and group names and click Export.
  5. To add the users, assign the groups to the space, click Import File.
  6. In the Import file pop up window, click the (...) under Import-User File. Select the file and click OK.
  7. Click the (...) under Import-Roles file. Select the file and click OK.
  8. Multi-Tenant environments only: Enter the Tenant ID.
  9. Review the preview of the data from the files. Click OK.
