Workforce Analytics Setup (WA01.1)

Use Workforce Analytics Setup (WA01.1) to define the parameters for your data mart dimensions.

Before you can define your dimensions, you must use Data Mart Manager (IA10.1) to define the application name, database name, select WFA in the data mart type field, and use the server name field to identify the IP address for the server where you store Workforce Analytics information.

Process at a Glance

  1. Define your data mart using Data Mart Manager (IA10.1).

  2. Define the parameters for the data mart build using Workforce Analytics Setup (WA01.1).

  3. Define your profiles on how the outline is built, how the data mart is loaded and calculated, and from where the data originates.

  4. Use the Data Mart Services to further define and build a data mart using the options provided.

More Information

The data for the measures originates from General Ledger (Lawson or non-Lawson) and Human Resources.

Note: If you define overlapping criteria for voluntary and involuntary categories, employees who meet these criteria will be counted only in the voluntary category.
