Workforce Analytics Definition (WA00.1)

Use Workforce Analytics Definition (WA00.1) to define your application name, database name, and identify the IP address of the server where you store Workforce Analytics information.

Process at a Glance

  1. Name the application and database and specify the server where the data mart resides on Workforce Analytic Definition (WA00).

  2. Define or change the parameters for the data mart build using Workforce Analytics Setup (WA01.1).

  3. Return to Workforce Analytic Definition (WA00) and click the Update button. This action accesses Data Mart Load (IA120).

  4. Run the batch job to extract data and populate the data mart.

Processing Effect

The data for the measures originates from Lawson General Ledger and Lawson Human Resources. If a non-Lawson General Ledger is used for source data, the program will not load General Ledger information to the data mart. Contact your account manager for information on options for loading non-Lawson General Ledger information.
