Training Conversion (TR500)
Run Training Conversion (TR500) to import training data from a non-Lawson system into the Lawson Personnel Administration system.
Processing Effect
This program takes fields from the conversion file and updates the associated files as if the employee was added on TR21.1 (Training History).
More Information
Before you run TR500, you need to set up courses on TR01.1 (Courses). If you want competencies to update PA21.1 (Competencies), you need to enter competency information for courses on TR03.1 (Course Competencies). If you want certifications to update PA22.1 (Certifications), you need to set up tracks on TR05.1 (Track) and then link courses to each track on TR06.1 (Track Courses); certifications are updated after an employee completes the last course for the track.
