Attendance History Speed Entry (TM71.1)
Use Attendance History Speed Entry (TM71.1) to enter and maintain attendance history for many employees. You can enter existing attendance history that occurred before using the Attendance Management system.
More Information
You can also enter attendance information through time record entry programs in the Lawson Payroll system. If you use attendance codes when entering time records in the Payroll system, running Payroll Close (PR197) updates attendance history in the Attendance Management system.
If you void a payment in the Payroll system, the system does not automatically back out the attendance history associated with that payment. Use TM71.1 to delete the appropriate attendance history, or to create negative attendance history as an offset.
Manual payments created in Manual Payment (PR80.1) and payroll adjustments created in Adjustment (PR82.1) do not automatically update attendance history. If you make these types of entries and they affect attendance history, use TM71.1 to make the adjustment. For example, if you create a manual payment for an employee for vacation, and you are tracking vacation, you need to enter the vacation in TM71.1 to update attendance history.
