Issues Audit List (RQ235)

Run Issues Audit List (RQ235) to print a detail audit list of all requisition transactions from the "from" location to the requesting locations. The report includes both inventory and non-inventory transactions. It is similar to the online inquiry Issues History (RQ50.1).

You can request all transactions for the following: from location, requesting location, requesting location attribute list, and for a date range.

RQ235 displays issues history transactions and their impact to the inventory of the "From" location only. A transaction with a negative quantity reflects that stock was removed from inventory at the "From" location and a transaction with a positive quantity reflects that stock was brought into the inventory of the "From" location. The records being displayed were created to reflect the activity of the "From" company and "From" location only.
