Tax Levy Table Update (PR710)

Run this program to update your previously loaded PRTAXLEVY file with the Federal Tax Authority. Running this program is required before you can use PR10 or run PR910 annually to load the newly updated csv file with the Federal Tax Levy exempt wages tables for the new year. This program needs to be run one time only.
