US Territory W-2 Form Printing (PR252)

Run US Territory W-2 Form Printing (PR252) to create US territory W-2 forms for government reporting, an edit report in either detail or summary format, or a negative wage report showing all territory employees with negative wages for the year.

You can define parameters to include all employees or a range of employees associated with a company, process level, or head process level.

Note: At this time you can print W-2 forms for Puerto Rico only.

PR252 is not an update program, so you can run it at any time during the year to verify employee totals.
