Bank Reconciliation Tape Processing (PR165)
Run Bank Reconciliation Tape Processing (PR165) to reconcile checks. The program uses a magnetic tape provided by your bank and compares the checks that have been cleared by the bank to the check record on PR85.1 (Bank Account Reconciliation).
Processing Effect
The program updates PR85.1 with the reconciliation date, the type, and the status. If there is a discrepancy, the payment is not reconciled and a listing shows the discrepancy.
