Batch Time Record Update (PR137)
PR137 (Batch Time Record Update) combines features of PR37.1 (Batch Time Control) and PR38.1 (Time Card Selection) in one batch program. The report options available are:
- Release Batches Only. Time records are changed from Batch status to Future status for specified batch numbers.
- Select Time Records. Time records and one-time deductions are changed from Future to Current status based on values entered in selection criteria fields.
- Release Batches/Select Records. Time records and one-time deductions are changed from Batch to Current status for specified batch numbers and selection criteria.
Processing Effect
If you select Yes in the Batch Control field on the company record, you must balance the batch with the totals entered in PR37.1 (Batch Time Control) before you can release it by running PR137 (Batch Time Record Update).
