Canadian Vacation Payout (PR130)
Run Canadian Vacation Payout (PR130) to pay out Canadian vacation accruals. You can use PR130 to pay out part-time employees each pay period. You can also use this form to pay out vacation using other calculations.
Processing Effect
If the plan is an accrual and payment plan, as defined on Canadian Vacation Plan Master (TA40.1), amounts paid out will reduce the amount available for the employee plan.
Note: If you choose to pay out vacation using the hourly rate on Employee
(HR11.1), there could be a discrepancy in the employee's historical records.
This is because the dollars accrued would potentially be less than the dollars
paid using the current HR11.1 calculation (hourly rate x hours).
