Mass Release of Vendor Agreements (PO26.7)

Mass Release of Vendor Agreements (PO26.7) displays multiple agreements (created in S3 domain) that are either in Unreleased or in Revised status. When multiple agreements need to be released at once, first inquire on form PO26.7 by filling in the header information. The header information serves as search criteria to display agreements in the detail area.

Select all relevant agreements to be released by using the function code of Release in the detail area and issue a change command at the header. Once the agreements are released they will no longer display on the form when inquired upon again in PO26.7.

Access Vendor Agreement Release (PO26.9) to simultaneously release all Unreleased/Revised Agreements.

You can select the print option to send the report to a specific printer.
