Use Applicant Job Qualification (PA65.1) to view all jobs for which an applicant is qualified or authorized.

Processing Effect

Applicants are qualified for a job if they meet the essential education, competency, and certification requirements defined for the job in Qualifying Criteria (PA08.1). You can authorize applicants who do not meet the essential requirements of a job for consideration by using Applicant Qualification Override (PA37.1).

An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to meet the education requirement of a job.
