Employee Job Qualification (PA64.1)

Use Employee Job Qualification (PA64.1) to view all jobs that an employee is qualified or authorized for.

Employees are qualified for a job if they meet the essential education, competency, and certification requirements defined for the job in Qualifying Criteria (PA08.1). You can authorize employees who do not meet the essential requirements of a job for consideration by using Employee Qualification Override (PA23.1).

An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to meet the education requirement of a job.
