Official Languages Report (PA496)

Run Official Languages Report (PA496) to create the annual hard copy summary reports required by OLIS II (Official Languages Information Systems II).

Two CSV files are also created:

• Employee information
• Employee bilingual office/region information

These CSV files are for internal reference only and provide detailed documentation for the summary data.

The five reports include:

• Participation by Province
• Participation by Occupational Category
• Service to the Public by Bilingual Office
• Internal Services to Bilingual Regions
• Supervision in Bilingual Regions
