Applicant Status (PA30.1)
Use Applicant Status (PA30.1) to define applicant statuses, which distinguish applicants or indicate where applicants are in the recruiting process.
Note: Applicant statuses are a criterion used to purge applicants. You
must define at least one applicant status before you can add applicants.
