Qualified Employees Listing (PA262)

Run Qualified Employees Listing (PA262) to print a list of employees qualified or authorized for a position or job. Employees are qualified for a position or job if they meet the education, competency, and certification requirements defined in PA08.1 (Qualifications).

Note: An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to meet the education requirement of a job.

More Information

Employees who do not meet the defined qualifications can be authorized for the position or job by using PA23.1 (Employee Qualification Override). You can also include any employee who currently holds the job or position in the listing.
