This program changes key fields such as process level, department, and job code. This is useful when budget records need to reflect organizational restructuring, such as moving a group of departments from process level 100 to process level 200.

You define the budget records you want to search for and the parameters you want to change. You can update the records or create a report listing the records that would be impacted. If you run the update, the system changes job budget records immediately. This update program does not update employee records.

This program automatically creates an error report that displays any problems the system encountered while trying to perform the update.
