Employee History Purge (PA125)

Run Employee History Purge (PA125) to purge employee history created through personnel actions. You can purge history for an employee, a group of employees, all history related to certain actions, or all history.

Note: to ensure accurate prior values, PA125 and HR125 (Employee Audit Purge) be should run at the same time for the same Thru Date.

This program permanently deletes data. Before you run this program, back up your data according to your organization's procedures. Before you submit the report, carefully review the parameters.
